ACCOUNT DIRECTOR (HCMC D1)

JOB INFORMATION

We are looking for a talented Account Director to explore new horizons and boldly go where Drcom man has gone before.

As an Account Director, you will be the lead account responsible to support our local projects and adapt our products and services to pharmaceutical and life sciences companies primarily based in Vietnam. Liaising with our account team in Singapore to develop business of existing customers and identify new potential accounts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

General:
  • New business development: Approach & recruit new clients; expand the business within the assigned account
  • Identify customer requirements and growth strategies in order to plan and develop projects which matched with their need. 
  • Provide clients with full access to the range of services that are available within Drcom
  • Making actionable and insightful recommendations for new products, extensions, or enhancements
  • Client service: Servicing and support customers. Meeting clients to discuss their needs having researched their business and requirements, prepare and present campaign ideas and budget.
  • Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the campaign.
  • Concept proposal/quotation: be the key person to work on the creative/innovated concept proposal & quotation which differentiates our service. 
  • Be able to work independently to manage the team; write & present concept proposal/quotation
  • Ensuring and Maintaining customer satisfaction via project implementation.
  • Improve cost effectiveness and profitability
  • Develop and maintain close relations with local business community in order to fulfill client’s needs more effectively
  • Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the projectLiaise with account team in coordination and implementation of account and marketing activities
  • Developing innovative proposals and delivering strategic account presentations
  • Has experience/be able to manage the team (2 -3 people)Reports to the Managing Director, providing regular input on all account activity.
  • Train; coach the team members to achieve the KPI set by BOD per each year including the annual revenue target of member.
  • Other tasks are required by BOD
Required skills:
  • Good at communication in English
  • Degree in science, pharmacology, biology or business/marketing. Experience and/or knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Good business sense and professional manner
  • Resourceful, problem solving, and demonstrate an eager to learn attitude.
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Desired profile:
  • 5-7 years experience at least in advertising or business marketing
  • Good analysis skills - Good business sense and professional manner
  • Resourceful, problem solving, and demonstrate an eager to learn attitude.
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client
